• Why do I only see certain parts available for local pickup?

  Our local partners have limited space and typically stock only commonly needed genuine OEM parts.

• How will I know when and where to pick up my order?

  We’re going to let you know. Keep an eye on your inbox. After placing your order, we'll verify availability with the pickup location. It usually takes about an hour, but it could be even sooner. Then, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the pickup address and closing time. Please bring your order confirmation with either printed or on your mobile device.

• Why is the Parts In Town price different than My Price?

  Our local partners set their own Parts In Town pricing. At partstown.ca, you'll be able to see all available delivery methods, including standard shipping straight from us. Select the option that works best for you.

• Can I place my Parts In Town order via phone, email or EDI?

  Parts In Town orders must be placed online at partstown.ca. Our online system is the only way our local sellers can regularly update their inventory and pricing.

• Why is Parts In Town no longer available for a part I previously ordered?

  The part may not be currently stocked by our local suppliers or they may not be open that day or time. You can always order at partstown.ca with standard shipping options.

• What if my Parts In Town order is cancelled or needs to be returned?

  If your order was cancelled, it's because the seller either didn't have the part available or didn't respond within the time frame. Please shop again on partstown.ca to find another pickup location or choose shipping instead. For returns, simply take the part back to the original pickup location listed on your order confirmation.
